Utilizing a new design and new material, the piston band significantly reduces friction and breakaway force. This, in turn, improves both performance and reliability of the damping system. The air spring is also updated with an increase in the volume of the negative air chamber. Since the original RXF 36 was launched it has evolved. For example, the dividing damper piston changed from cup to stud design to reduce friction.
