MTB COMPETITION ÖHLINS 50 YEARS EDITION DH38 M.2 FORK TERMS & CONDITIONS:

 

1.    The promoter is Öhlins Group AB whose registered office is at Instrumentvägen 8, 194 51 Upplands Väsby, Sweden.

2.    The competition is open to people aged 18 years or over except employees of Öhlins Group AB and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organization of the competition. Participants are responsible for ensuring that their participation and receipt of the prize are permitted under the laws applicable to them in their country of residence. 

3.    There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

4.    By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

5.    Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

6.    Closing date for entry will be August 21, 2026. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

7.    No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

8.    The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:

        1.     Follow @specializedgravity and @ohlinsracingmtb on Instagram.

        2.     Like the picture and tag a friend in the comment section of the post.

9.    The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

10.    The prize is as follows: An Öhlins 50 years edition DH38 m.2 fork (value of 2000 EUR).

The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. 
Incidental expenses and all other costs and expenses which are not specifically listed as part of a prize in these rules and which may be associated with the award, acceptance, receipt and use of all or any portion of the awarded prize are solely the responsibility of the respective prize winner. ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZE IS SOLELY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER.

11.    The winner will be selected at random by Öhlins Group AB from all eligible entries received before the closing date. 

12.    The winner will be notified by email and/or DM on Instagram within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

13.    The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered.

14.    The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

15.    The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Swedish law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden.

16.    The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Swedish data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
17.    Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

18.    This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Öhlins Group AB and not to any other party. 19.    Öhlins Group AB shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.

20.    Öhlins Group AB also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
