ÖHLINS UNVEILS NEW RXF38 M.3 AND DH38 M.2 FORKS FOR E-MTB, TRAIL, ENDURO, AND DOWNHILL

May 27, 2025
Öhlins, one of the world’s most respected performance brands, announces the launch of the new versions of the RXF38 and DH38 fork platforms. Built on the race-proven TTX18 damping technology, as used by Loïc Bruni, 2024 UCI Mountain Bike World Cup Downhill Champion, these latest iterations bring significant performance upgrades for trail and gravity riders.

The forks feature reworked internals and updated settings, delivering improvements in comfort, sensitivity, and bottom-out control. Bottom-out progressiveness has been increased with the addition of a spring booster, and the system has been further optimized for use with volume spacers, giving riders more flexibility to fine-tune their ride feel.

A new surface treatment on the stanchions improves small-bump sensitivity and overall ride smoothness. In addition, it reduces wear and enhances long-term performance. The updated lowers feature a gloss black finish and bold new graphics, ensuring riders can feel and see the next level of performance every time they hit the trail or park. With Öhlins’ stiff, race-proven chassis, these upgrades make the new RXF38 m.3 and DH38 m.2 forks the top choice when the trails get steeper, the rock gardens rougher, and the gaps bigger.

The new RXF38 m.3 fork delivers hard-hitting, dual-crown downhill performance in a single-crown design, with enhanced comfort and sensitivity. It’s the perfect match for e-MTB, aggressive trail riding, and enduro racing. The new DH38 m.2 fork is dedicated to downhill riders who demand uncompromising performance, offering extra punch along with increased comfort and sensitivity. Together, with the all-new features, they represent the highest-performing iterations of their respective platforms that Öhlins has ever produced.
