Tenneco announced today it has entered into an agreement to sell Öhlins Racing, a leading manufacturer of premium suspension technology, to Brembo, a global leader in the manufacturing of high-performance braking systems and components. Tenneco is pleased to announce the appointment of Marc McAllister as the brand’s new Vice President and General Manager and Tom Wittenschlaeger to the newly created position of general manager, North Americai. McAllister replaces Henrik Johansson, who announced last fall that he would retire after nearly 30 years as a member of the Öhlins team.
