Öhlins STX36 Street Performance set the standard in performance, comfort, and durability. Developed for a wide range of street bike models, these shock absorbers deliver consistent, reliable damping performance on the road. We offer both mono and twin shocks, depending on the application.

 

These STX36 Street Performance twin shock absorbers are made to fit the Yamaha XJR 1200. 

 

Based on our STX monotube design, the shocks are equipped with a gas-pressurized damping system and external piggyback reservoirs. Because they hold a larger volume of oil, the piggyback reservoirs keep the shock cooler under extreme conditions, giving you consistent damping performance.

 

With adjustable spring preload, you can also make adjustments for weight changes, helping you maintain proper steering geometry on every ride.
