This monotube, gas-pressurized shock is equipped with an external hose-mounted reservoir and hose-mounted hydraulic preload adjuster.

 

Adjustable compression and rebound damping allow you to change the behavior of the shock to suit your riding preferences. The external reservoir not only keeps the shock cool under extreme conditions, but also provides additional adjustment options. Using the hydraulic preload adjuster, you can adjust the spring preload without tools to accommodate changes in weight.
