The Öhlins NIX 30 Adventure cartridge kit has been updated—and it’s better than ever. Based on the same technology as our racing cartridges, this kit is built to withstand the rigors of adventure riding. Expect lasting performance on all types of terrain—from gravel surfaces to rugged, narrow trails—without frequent servicing.

 

The new version of the NIX 30 Adventure cartridges—the FKA 200 series—features our proven NIX damping system, with compression and rebound controlled in separate fork legs. Updated settings for both—achieved through revised damping force distribution between the main piston and compression valve—deliver enhanced grip, comfort, and predictability for off-road riding. An internal hydraulic stop prevents hard bottoming, and all adjustments are made via the black knobs at the top of the fork.

 

Spring setup has also been refined for the FKA 200-series cartridges. Reduced preload improves grip and comfort when riding with a light front wheel, giving a clear advantage when accelerating out of bumpy or gravelly corners. Springs are now included in the kit to cover a wide range of rider weights, with additional rates available to suit your preferences.

 

Installation is straightforward—simply replace the internals of your bike's original forks with the Öhlins NIX cartridges.
