Note! This cartridge kit is the same as FKS 228 but includes springs, installation tools, lowering spacers and standard height spacers.  This kit does require OIL (Qty of 2: 01309-01) which will be added at checkout.

Does not fit Road King or Electra Glide Highway King due to lack of space between the preload adjuster headlight nacelle. Does not fit CVO with 21" front wheels.

Modification needed to the plastic fork cap covers for 2024 and newer models.

This NIX 22 cartridge kit is designed to increase performance for the Harley-Davidson Road Glide, Street Glide, Electra Glide, and Ultra Classic models.

 

The kit has the Öhlins' proven “NIX” design which features compression damping in the left leg and rebound damping in the right leg. This allows for more precise function and stability. Adjustments are made at the top of the fork alongside spring preload.

 

The NIX 22 cartridge system fits bolt-on and are easy to install in standard front forks. It has been tested extensively and tailored to suit the individual requirements and characteristics of each bike.
