The STX46 Adventure shock for BMW R 80 GS features a large 46 mm main piston, external gas reservoir, and a manual preload adjuster.

 

With adjustable rebound and compression damping, you can fine-tune the shock to suit your preferences. The key benefit of an external reservoir is that the shock has more oil, keeping it cool in extreme conditions and allowing for additional adjustability. A preload adjuster tool is included to help you adjust the preload for variations in weight.
