The STX46 Street shock absorber for the Kawasaki GPZ 900 Racing features a large 46 mm piston and a hose-mounted external reservoir. 

 

With adjustable rebound and compression damping, you can tailor the shock's behavior to your riding preferences. The external reservoir not only provides additional adjustment options but also holds a larger volume of oil, keeping the shock cooler under extreme conditions.

 

This version of the STX 46 features a hose-mounted hydraulic preload adjuster, allowing you to adjust the spring preload for variations in weight. It also has an integrated length adjuster, which can be used to raise or lower your ride height without compromising suspension travel.
