The STX 46 Street for Yamaha Tracer 900/Tracer 9 (FJ-09), XSR 900, and MT-09 (FZ-09) has a large, 46 mm main piston, an external gas reservoir, and a hydraulic preload adjuster.

 

With adjustable rebound and compression damping, you can change the shock’s behavior to suit your riding style. The key benefit of having an external reservoir is that the shock holds more oil, which keeps it cool in extreme conditions and provides additional adjustment options.

 

The shock comes with a hydraulic preload tool, allowing you to adjust the preload to accommodate variations in weight.
