Return Instructions

Please read the entire return instructions prior to initiating a return.

Returned products must be in new, unused condition and include the original box and/or packaging with all original documents included. Any part which has been installed or shows signs of attempting to be installed on a vehicle is non-returnable.

roducts returned within 30 days from original invoice date incur no fees unless originally purchased via credit card. Returns purchased via credit card are subject to a 4% fee.

Products returned 31-90 days from invoice date are subject to a 15% restocking fee, plus an additional 4% fee if paid via credit card.

Products beyond 90 days from invoice date are not eligible for return. No RMA will be issued.

Once your return is received and inspected by Öhlins USA, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method/card. Your card provider may take an additional 2-10 business days after we process your credit before they post it to your account.

You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning your order back to Öhlins USA. Please retain your return tracking information. Öhlins USA is not responsible for packages lost during return shipment. You will receive a confirmation email from Öhlins USA when your return is processed which will include the full details of refund credited.

A Return Material Authorization number must be issued by Öhlins USA prior to items being returned for credit. To request an RMA number, please call 1-800-336-9029 or email us at weborders@ohlinsusa.com. Please write this RMA number on the outside of your generic shipping box. (Do not write on, or deface the Öhlins product box)
