SERVICE & MAINTENANCE
ÖHLINS USA
Öhlins USA offers suspension service performed by experienced and factory trained technicians, maintaining our high Factory Standards. Our experienced Race Department staff also works directly with our service team, allowing us to offer the latest performance updates.
HOW DO I SEND MY SUSPENSION TO ÖHLINS USA FOR SERVICE?
Go to the service page that corresponds to your product (Motorcycle, Auto or MTB) and verify our terms,conditions and pricing.
Fill out all fields and submit the service order request form. Once this is done, you'll receive an automated email with a copy of the service form and instructions on how to send your suspension to our service department
WHAT HAPPENS UPON ARRIVAL?
Once received, your suspension will be checked in and placed in the queue. If we have any questions about the information provided, we will reach out via phone or email.
If we can properly service your suspension within 15% of the approved cost stated on the form, we will move forward with the service and contact you when service is complete. If not, we’ll contact you with an updated estimate for your approval.
If your suspension needs special order parts, we will contact you with an updated lead time.
WHEN WILL I GET MY SUSPENSION BACK?
When service is complete, we will reach out to collect payment information and confirm shipping details.
Once your product ships, you will receive an automated email from our system with your final invoice attached. The invoice will contain a breakdown of parts, labor, and shipping charges. The invoice will also contain your tracking number.
PLEASE NOTE:
Factory Service includes changing oil seals, dynamic seals, O-rings and oil/gas. All other items are additional and will be charged accordingly ( I.E: bushings, shafts, cylinder tubes etc.). We advise that you follow the service interval recommendations set by Öhlins to maintain performance, and to avoid excessive wear on your suspension.
