The OTX18 damper, derived from the proven TTX18 in Öhlins’ downhill and trail forks, is purpose-built for lightweight trail bikes. It shares key components with the TTX18 but is 27% lighter and tuned for faster, more fluid riding, striking the perfect balance between traction, control, and stiffness. Riders can fine-tune performance with fifteen clicks of low-speed compression and rebound and three clicks for high-speed compression, supported by a broad library of tested settings for further customization.
The lightweight air spring uses a positive and self-adjusting negative chamber for a plush initial feel and excellent small-bump sensitivity. The positive chamber can be easily tuned with Öhlins’ volume spacer system, while low-friction surfaces and seals enhance the fork’s smooth, responsive action.
The RXF34 m.2’s stiff, lightweight chassis delivers precise and confident steering. A closed-end outer tube design boosts stiffness, impact resistance, and lower-leg air volume, improving control and adjustability. The same race-proven floating axle design used in the RXF36 m.2 and RXF38 m.2 further reduces friction and increases stiffness for predictable, consistent handling.
